Words that work harder than algorithms

We started PulsarFlux because we were tired of seeing businesses buried under generic content. Real stories deserve better than keyword stuffing and robotic templates.

How we got here

Back in 2018, our founder Linnea Bergström was freelancing for e-commerce sites across Southeast Asia. She kept running into the same problem — clients would get decent traffic but terrible engagement. People landed on pages and bounced immediately.

The issue wasn't technical. It was the writing. Most content felt like it was assembled from a template library rather than crafted for actual humans. So she started experimenting with a different approach: research-heavy content that actually answered questions people were asking.

Within six months, retention rates for her clients jumped significantly. Not because of some magic trick, but because the content finally matched what searchers actually wanted to read. That's when she brought on Yael Toledano and Branimir Kovačić, and we officially became PulsarFlux.

What makes our process different

Most agencies start with keywords and work backward. We flip that. Understanding your audience comes first, then we figure out how search engines fit into that picture.

1

Deep research phase

We spend time in forums, review sites, and customer feedback channels. This tells us what language your audience actually uses and what problems keep them up at night.

2

Strategic mapping

Once we understand the audience, we map content to the customer journey. Different stages need different approaches — awareness content looks nothing like decision-stage content.

3

Iterative optimization

We publish, monitor engagement data, and refine. Content performance tells us what's landing and what needs adjustment. This ongoing process keeps content relevant as markets shift.

Team collaboration on content strategy

What drives our work

Honesty over hype

We don't promise overnight rankings or guaranteed traffic spikes. SEO content is a long game that requires consistent effort and realistic expectations. Our job is to set those expectations clearly from day one.

Research before writing

Every piece starts with understanding search intent and competitive landscape. We look at what's already ranking, identify gaps, and figure out how to fill them with genuinely useful information rather than recycled advice.

Audience-first thinking

Search algorithms change constantly, but human behavior remains fairly consistent. When we prioritize what your audience needs, the technical SEO elements fall into place more naturally.

Transparent communication

You get monthly reports showing what's working and what isn't. We explain our decisions in plain language and adjust strategy based on real performance data rather than sticking to a rigid plan.
